Each conversion uses 1 or more credits, depending on the type of conversion.
Your credits refresh monthly based on your subscription plan.
Unused credits don't roll over to the next month.
We support JPG, PNG, and WebP formats. Images should be at least 256x256 pixels and no larger than 20MB.
Most conversions complete within 10-30 seconds. Complex images or
high-demand periods may take slightly longer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to
have access until the end of your billing period.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption. You may delete images from your account at any time.
You may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days after purchase.
